I am just super happy to share Lauren’s Richmond Bridal Session with you all today! Lauren married Jesus this past weekend, so now these images are not so top secret 🙂 I can finally share after hiding them away for a month! We met back in June at the beautiful Agecroft Hall in Richmond to take her bridal portraits in the lush gardens of the historic home. Although it was a super hot June day, the gardens did not disappoint.
Bridal sessions are a great way to test drive your hair and makeup, as well as the dress before the wedding day. I always try to schedule the session at least a month before the wedding day, and have a week turnaround time so that prints can be ordered if necessary. Bridal sessions are so much fun. Brides often bring mom or a good friend. We all get to know each other and are more comfortable when we work together on the wedding day. And brides are able to see if they need to make any hair or dress tweaks before the big event.
Some of my favorite images from Lauren’s Richmond bridal session feature her beautiful smile! I just loved the way she laughs, but check out the serious model face too. Gorgeous! It was such a pleasure working with Lauren throughout her entire wedding process.
