A few weeks ago I met Cory and Gerard at the Charlottesville Downtown Mall for their Engagement Session. After spending some time downtown, we made our way over to Kemper Park near Carter Mountain Orchard. It was nice to photograph the couple in both a downtown, urban setting and a more natural park-like atmosphere. I loved working with Cory and Gerard, and cannot wait to photograph their wedding in February in Lynchburg, Va at Holy Cross Church. I hope you enjoy this little peek at their engagement photos!
Ahhh! I am so excited to have in my hands a new and improved, updated sample wedding album to show my wedding clients!! This album is just gorgeous! It’s so well done, and am amazed. And OMG, after seeing this album in person I’m going to have to have an album created for my personal use with my own wedding images. I was just married two months ago, so what a great Christmas present this could be to myself and my husbandABP now offers wedding albums in a great 10×10 size with a beautiful linen cover. The albums are offered as an a la carte item, or one also comes included in my top two wedding packages. Parent albums are also available in an 8×8 size. All albums come with a really cool album cover in a Chevron design to protect the album when it’s not in use. The sample album I have to show clients is the 10×10 size linen album with an Oatmeal cover. Here it is in the images below. Behold the goodness!
Danny and Ashley will be getting married in May 2014 in Chesterfield, Va., however, we decided to meet at Carter Mountain Orchard in Charlottesville for their engagement session to take advantage of the fall apple season and the beautiful hillside. I think you will see from these images that this couple was a lot of fun to work with! They definitely brought their personalities with them for their photo session, and they weren’t scared to ham it up for a good picture. Enjoy!
I met Lauren and Kent at the old John Randolph home in Charlotte County last month for their engagement session. This session was just so much fun as we scoped out places around the home for our photo shoot. We had beautiful mountain views, changing fall leaves, an awesome white barn and pond to use as our backdrops as the sun set. I just love the way these images turned out and had a blast working with this couple. I cannot wait to photograph their wedding in September 2014.
I am super excited to share these images from Ian and Annalisa’s wedding day! This couple married this past Saturday at Acorn Inn Bed and Breakfast in Nelson County, Va in a beautiful outdoor ceremony, before partying the night away in a field under the near-full moon and globe lights. There were so many things I loved about this wedding, other than the obvious love the two share for each other. The bride’s colors of blush and gold paired beautifully together, and the vintage inspired place settings were balanced with mustache straws and mason jar drinking glasses. The couple seamlessly meshed their two different heritages together throughout the ceremony – hers, Phillipino, and his Irish decent. And guests were treated to hula and tahitian dance performances. I hope you enjoy viewing the images from their special day as much as I enjoyed taking them!
