Stacia and Jeff are Married! Kill Devil Hills, NC Wedding Photographer

Even though the forecast was iffy and the weather was a bit cooler than expected, Stacia and Jeff’s beach wedding in the Outer Banks went off without a hitch! The couple exchanged their vows down on the beach in Kill Devil Hills before moving to a cocktail hour by the pool up at the house they had rented for the week. A catered dinner was had inside with the toast and a cupcake cutting before the party got started back down at the pool with beverages and music. I was lucky enough to not just enjoy this wedding as the paid photographer, but as a friend. Stacia and I went to Longwood College together and are Tri Sigma sorority sisters. Thanks to Facebook we’ve been able to keep up with one another through the years. She asked me to photograph her reception which is being held in Richmond, Va. in August. When I found out she didn’t have a photographer for the beach ceremony, I naturally offered my photography services. And boy am I glad I didStacia and Jeff had a beautiful day for their wedding and their guests were just a blast. Here are a few photos from their special day.
